Muhsin was also the cover page feature (Vision from Afar) of the Lanka Monthly Digest (LMD).

“One of the many initiatives that these meetings sparked was my effort to convince my colleagues[ at the World Bank] to think of ourselves as “Learning” organization where successful practices and not-so-successful initiatives could be recorded and made available to all. The idea was to establish a information bank that would grow and service staff members and governments on development practices and experience. We dramatically improved our computer facilities and our means of communication and accessing information. We also linked all our offices with videoconferencing facilities that allowed us to discuss and learn from regional and global initiatives. Mohamed Muhsin led these efforts on information sharing and conference linkage with great skill and selflessness, and he and his team produced first-rate innovations. We became the leaders in the field among all other international agencies.”[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1582194254137{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”80″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1582176692913{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column_text el_class=”image-caption-text”]Muhsin attending Board meeting chaired by President Kaunda with Prime Minister Hon Kebby Musokotwane on President’s right and other Ministers and Directors (january 1988)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”247″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1582194231159{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column_text el_class=”image-caption-text”]Muhsin with Hon Gibson Chigaga Minister of Justice, on the left and Evans Willima, Director General Zimco[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”244″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1582193713516{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column_text el_class=”image-caption-text”]Muhsin with President of World Bank James D.
